I started thinking about Little Speckle while waiting for my littles ones arrival and starting the process of decorating a nursery, where do i even begin with decor?
When she did (FINALLY!) arrive, the ideas started coming during those hours sat with a sleeping baby and making those ideas, was a way to bring a bit of creativity and normality into those hazy baby days. What began as a personal project quickly turned into a small business filled with heart, colour, and joy & so Little Speckle was created.

The maker and designer behind
Little Speckle!
Here at Little Speckle, I create handmade décor for kids' rooms and nurseries – playful, personalised and thoughtful pieces designed to bring warmth and personality to your little one's space.
My background is a bit of a mix – I’ve been everything from a footwear designer, a dog walker, and I also ran a small business called hello speckle, making Jesmonite homeware pieces. I now live in Bristol with my other half, daughter, Harper and two West Highland Terriers, Izzy & Millie.
Creativity and small business life have always been part of my story, and I’m so happy to be sharing that with you here. We are only starting out but so excited to see where this can go!
